Webzen seems to be very quiet about a new website coming online. It seems to be a test page, while they work on the official Huxley site. Here is the announcement on the top of the forums :
"This is a soft launch of our Huxley forums, which will serve as a home for the Huxley player community. Please feel free to post, and utilize the forums tools that are available to you. In doing so, you will help us test our forum tech and servers.
In the near future you can expect new content to be updated on a regular basis. Until then, please be sure to Register as we will be looking to identify closed-beta and focus group participants.
Thanks for your interest in Huxley, a game we believe will be the world’s first true FPS-MMO!
